THAMES & CHILTERNS SUNDAY COMPETITION

CONSTITUTION

1.TITLE

The League will be called "The Thames and Chilterns Sunday Competition". Hereafter referred to as the competition, but can incorporate the name of sponsors within the title, should members so decide.

2.MEMBERSHIP

The competition shall consist of not less than 5 clubs, hereafter called members. Any expansion of the competition membership will be subject to formal application from clubs and approval at the AGM.

3. AIM

To promote competitive and friendly Sunday cricket within a traveling time of approximately 30 minutes.

4.OFFICERS

The Officers of the competition will be: Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
All appointments will be subject to re-election each year at the AGM.

5.EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The executive committee will consist of the officers of the competition, plus one representative from each club not represented by an officer. Each members shall be entitled to one vote at each executive committee meeting. The Chair will not vote, but will be entitled to any necessary casting vote.

6.MEETINGS

Executive committee meetings will be held at the discretion of the committee. An Annual General Meeting will be held before 14th October every year, at which all member clubs shall have one vote.

7.FINANCES

The finances of the competition will be under the control of the executive committee.

8.SUBSCIPTIONS

The annual subscription shall be decided at the Annual General Meeting.
